Vendor Booth Reservation

Space is limited. Previous vendors have priority.
Please contact us before purchasing your booth space.  

The Vendor Booths will be set up under a 40’ x 80’ tent.

The booth space will be allocated in 10’ x 10’ spaces at a cost per space of $250 for Dry Vendors or $300 for Wet Vendors.  Additional spaces can be rented at a cost of $250 for Dry Vendor or $300 for Wet Vendor for each additional space. Retail displays or extensions outside of allocated booth space(s) under the tent are not permitted. Sharing or subletting of booths is not allowed without pre-approval by the Show Chair. Note: We do not treat the water in the booth tanks and we do not provide air equipment, netting or bowls.
 
Booth Tank Rentals (6 ft.) are $100 each as available. Show Tank Rentals are $60 each as available.

Set up for Vendors will begin on Thursday, May 21, 2026. 
Breakdown will be allowed after the show on Sunday May 24, 2026.
